Discovery Property Development are based in the Midlands and work mainly in the Midlands where our expertise is. DPD was born from a need to serve others, by the founder Sanita. Sanita prefers to provide living spaces from pre-existing properties to save nature where possible.

At DPD we only work on redeveloping buildings that have been previously built either for residential or Commercial. We believe creating housing or expanding space from what has already been built is more sustainable for the planet...let's keep the Green areas Green!
